Therapy can be many things. It can be dealing with grief, trauma or feelings of abandonment. It can be about healing wounds that have caused you pain for many years. Equally, it can be about figuring out a path forward and changing old patterns. It can also be about laughter and joy. Whatever your reasons for seeking counselling, I am here to help you tap into your inner strengths. Everyone deserves to feel more at peace.

Can video counselling help?

As a counsellor at The Adler Centre, when I first moved my entire practice online, I was curious, if not a little bit apprehensive on how it would go. I’m not what you would call ‘an early adopter’ and wasn’t sure how I would feel doing therapy through a computer screen. Would I still be able to build strong relationships? Would people feel heard? Would I be able to read their body language and pick up on nuance…?
